Attached is the PDF Access 2013 Web Apps Part 2 from the October meeting for your reference.  The recording is now available as well.  Second followup to a question on the limits of Azure databases.  Microsoft has placed a 1GB limit on Azure Access Web databases in Office 365 ONLY!  If you are using Access Web databases within your own SharePoint hosted site then there is no limit on size.
